The phone rings while you are with a customer or your hands are busy, and whoever gets no answer calls somebody else. With Centralino AI your assistant picks up instead, with a natural voice, on a dedicated number or forwarded from your own: it gives information, takes requests and passes the important calls on to you.

The minute is what you pay in, the call is what you count in: here you get both. The estimate is on 4-minute calls, so if yours are shorter, more of them fit. These minutes never touch your plan's chat conversations.

Unused usage allowance is never lost: Every plan includes a weekly usage allowance for AI conversations. Whatever you don't use rolls over to the next week, up to a cap, and resets every month. No waste: the leftover capacity stays yours for your busier days.

Beyond the plan

What happens when the plan's limit runs out is your call: you can stop right there, or keep going pay per use with a monthly spending cap you set yourself.

Limit protection

On by default

At the plan's limit the assistant stops: new conversations come to you in the panel and calls go back to your own number. No extra charge, no surprise invoice.

Pay per use

The assistant keeps working past the plan's limit. Anything over is paid from prepaid credit, so an invoice for usage you never saw coming simply cannot arrive.

  • €0.25 for every conversation beyond the plan
  • €0.35 for every call minute beyond the Voce pack

The monthly cap is yours to set: On pay per use, auto top-up only ever charges your payment method the amount you set, when the credit drops below the threshold you chose, and it never goes past the monthly cap you fixed. At the cap the service stops, exactly as it does with limit protection.

Both modes are switched on and off whenever you want from the panel, without changing plan.

The small print

  • Final prices in euro: no VAT is due (Italian flat-rate scheme), so there is nothing to add on top.
  • WhatsApp and Instagram channel fees are already included in the plan.
  • 14-day free trial on the Starter plan only: a card and billing details are needed, with no charge before day 14.

Three plans: Starter at 79 euro a month, Pro at 219 and Max at 399. These are final prices: no VAT is due (Italian flat-rate scheme) and the WhatsApp and Instagram channel fees are already included. On annual billing you pay 10 months and 2 are free: 790, 2,190 and 3,990 euro a year.
