Lead capture

Interested people leave their details, the team gets a ready lead

When a customer shows interest, the assistant asks the right questions, collects the useful details and hands the team a ready contact, with the channel and the originating campaign. No request is left hanging in an open chat.

The starting point

The lead was there, the time to spot it wasn't

Twenty messages come in, three are real customers, and I notice three days later.

The difference between a curious enquiry and a ready customer is three questions. If nobody asks them at the right moment, the lead stays a line in a chat and the campaign that brought it goes unanswered.

  • Generic enquiries that state neither need, timing nor budget
  • Contacts collected by hand and copied into a spreadsheet
  • Ad campaigns with no idea which one brought the customer
  • People who were ready to buy, contacted back too late

What it does

What the assistant actually does

It qualifies while it talks

It asks the questions you would ask (need, timing, area, budget) inside the conversation, without making anyone fill in a form.

Campaign attribution

A lead arriving from a Click-to-WhatsApp ad carries its originating campaign, so you know which spend actually worked.

The team knows immediately

New contacts are one of the panel's four alert categories, and the alert reaches whoever you decided, including on their personal WhatsApp.

A contact book, not a spreadsheet

Every contact stays in the panel with its channel, the notes collected and the conversation it came from, ready to reread before calling back.

Forwarding to a real person

A note, a message or the customer's location forwarded to the owner, an agent or a colleague, always and only to the contacts you configured.

Follow-up inside the rules

Outside WhatsApp's 24-hour window follow-up uses approved templates, and anyone asking to stop receiving messages is recorded and respected.

How it works

Three steps, then it works

1

Define what you need to know

The three or four details that make a contact genuinely useful to your work, and the right moment to ask for them.

2

Choose who gets alerted

By event, by person and by medium (panel, email, WhatsApp), with quiet hours. Everything is recorded in the panel regardless.

3

Pick the conversation back up

The team steps into the chat where the assistant left off, with the whole history and the notes in front of them.

Connections

What it connects to

Click-to-WhatsApp ads

Conversations started from an ad arrive with the originating campaign attached.

Every channel

Chat, social, email, phone and the website widget feed the same contact book.

Team alerts

Email and verified WhatsApp, routed per person with quiet hours.

Your AI and your tools

On the Max plan contacts can be read and managed over MCP or the API by your own AI assistant.

Frequently asked questions

Is a form required?

No. Qualification happens in conversation, with the questions you would ask. A form loses half the people exactly at the moment they were interested.

Where do the leads come from?

From every connected channel: WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, email, the website chat and the phone. The ones started from a Click-to-WhatsApp ad also carry the originating campaign.

Can I take the contacts into my own tools?

Contacts stay in the panel, where the team reads and manages them. On the Max plan your own AI assistant or your tools can read and update them over MCP or the API.

Who receives the new-contact alert?

You decide: by event, by person and by medium. Each team member only sees and receives what their permissions let them handle.
