No missed call, not even when everyone is busy
The assistant answers the phone with a natural voice: it gives information, books appointments and transfers the call to a person when needed. It works on a dedicated number or by forwarding the number your customers already know.
The starting point
The phone is still the first channel, and the most fragile
People who don't get an answer on the phone don't call back. They call the next number on the list.
A missed call leaves nothing behind: no message, no contact, no second chance. And answering all of them means interrupting the work every few minutes.
- Calls ringing out during the busiest hours
- The same information repeated out loud all day
- After hours nobody answers and the request disappears
- Appointments taken on paper and copied out by hand
What it does
What the assistant actually does
It answers and genuinely understands
A natural voice and real-time speech recognition, and you can cut in while it speaks, the way you would with a person.
It books appointments by phone
It uses the same calendar and the same availability rules as the chat, so a second book to reconcile never appears.
It transfers to a person
When the request goes further, it passes the call to a number you configured. The caller doesn't have to repeat anything.
If nobody is there, it takes a note
No operator available: the assistant records the request, notifies the team, asks whether anything else is needed and offers a call back.
It asks you instead of guessing
Faced with a discount or an exception it doesn't improvise: it puts the question to an operator and uses that answer to reply to the caller.
Dedicated number or forwarding
Activate a number from the panel or forward the one you already have, so customers never learn a new number.
How it works
Three steps, then it works
Pick the number
Activate a number from the panel, or set up call forwarding from the number you already use to the assistant.
Define what it can say and do
The same information and the same rules as the chat: services, hours, availability, when to transfer and to whom.
Add the minutes
A Voice pack (100, 300 or 1,000 minutes a month) is added to any plan, Starter included.
Connections
What it connects to
The number you already have
Call forwarding to the assistant, without changing the number customers know.
Numbers from the panel
Activate and manage a dedicated number without going through a telecoms operator.
Calendar and availability engine
Appointments taken by phone land in the same calendar as the ones taken in chat.
Shared inbox
Every call leaves its trace in the panel, next to chats and email, with what needs doing.
Frequently asked questions
Do I have to change my business number?
No. You can forward calls from the number customers know to the assistant, or activate a dedicated number from the panel if you prefer to keep the two separate.
How is the phone billed?
By the minute. Voice packs (100, 300 or 1,000 minutes a month, from €19.99 a month) are added to any plan, Starter included. Calls do not consume the plan's conversations, which are counted on messaging channels only.
What happens when the minutes run out?
Calls go back to being forwarded to a human number, at no extra cost. If you switched on pay per use the assistant keeps answering, drawing on prepaid credit within the monthly spending cap you set.
Can it pass the call to a person?
Yes, to a number you configured. If nobody picks up it takes note of the request, notifies the team and offers the customer a call back.
