One assistant, six jobs you stop doing by hand
Answering messages, answering the phone, keeping the calendar, capturing contacts. Every use case below is something your business already does daily, done by the assistant with your information and your rules.

Platform
What sits underneath, concretely
The same foundations under every use case: what the assistant knows, where the conversations land, which rules it follows, what it connects to and how you drive it from outside.
Knowledge base
The assistant answers only from what you gave it. Training it is a chat, not a project.
Paste, send a link, upload a file
Pasted content, your website address (we read the main pages and show you which) or your documents: each becomes a source card with a real preview, so you see what will be used before training starts.
It asks you what's missing
Once training is done the assistant asks about the details it didn't find (hours, prices, rules) and folds your answers in on its own.
Fix content without retraining
Change a price or an opening time straight in the library and the assistant uses the correction within seconds. Included: 5 corrections a month on Starter, 15 on Pro, 30 on Max.
You always see what it knows
A topic report, the content actually uploaded, and a live search test. A base can belong to a single assistant or be shared with all of them.
Live chat and shared inbox
Every channel in one inbox, in real time, with the option to step into any conversation.
One inbox for six channels
WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, email and the website chat, with photos, documents, audio, location and read receipts.
Take over whenever you want
Step into the chat and the assistant stops for that customer while staying active with everyone else. One tap resumes it when you're done.
To handle, instead of guessing
Faced with an off-policy request the assistant puts the question to an operator, pauses automatic replies, and then reasons with the answer it receives.
Four distinct alerts
To handle, bookings, contacts and warnings: each shows only what that person has permission to handle.
Automations and rules
What the assistant does on its own is your decision, rule by rule. No surprises.
Approvals on your terms
Confirm always, never, or with rules: large groups, short notice, new customers, specific resources or channels. The rest waits for a person, with the reason written down.
Confirmations and reminders
The customer gets the confirmation when you approve and a reminder before the appointment, with nobody having to remember.
Notification routing
Who is alerted, for which event, on which medium (panel, email, WhatsApp) and with which quiet hours. Everything is recorded in the panel regardless: the rules decide who gets disturbed, not what is visible.
Forwarding and automatic handovers
Messages and location forwarded to real contacts (kitchen, front desk, courier), keywords that go straight to a person, and the assistant pausing itself when a human replies.
Per-channel rules
A rule can apply on Instagram only or WhatsApp only, without duplicating the assistant.
Integrations
What PappaChat connects to today, with no bespoke project.
Messaging channels
WhatsApp through the Meta Cloud API (including the number you already have), Instagram, Telegram and your website widget.
The mailboxes you already use, with any provider: Gmail, Outlook, Aruba and others. No address change, no migration.
Phone
A dedicated number activated from the panel or forwarding from your own, with minute packs on any plan.
Google Calendar
Two-way sync: bookings land in the staff member's calendar and their commitments block the slots.
Your AI and your tools
MCP server and REST API on the Max plan, to manage the account from your AI client or your own systems.
E-commerce and business systems
Integrations with online shops and management systems are assessed case by case on the Custom plan, alongside unlimited conversations and operators.
API and MCP for developers
Connect your own AI assistant or your tools to your PappaChat account. Included in the Max plan, with no per-call pricing.
Resources for developers and AI agents
MCP server
A Streamable HTTP endpoint (JSON-RPC 2.0) at api.pappachat.com/api/mcp: your AI client manages assistants, knowledge, the calendar, contacts and reports in natural language.
One-click or key-based connection
OAuth 2.1 with PKCE and dynamic client registration, or an API key created in the Developers section of the panel.
Per-capability consent
On connection you choose capability by capability what to grant, read-only or manage, across nine groups. You see which business you are connecting and can revoke at any time.
Limits by construction
The effective permission is the intersection of the granted scopes and the team permissions of the person who connected the AI. No MCP tool can message end customers or delete data.
