Prima di utilizzare PappaChat, gestire tutte le richieste degli ospiti, soprattutto durante i periodi di alta stagione, era spesso impegnativo. Tra informazioni sulle camere, prenotazioni, richieste prima dell'arrivo e assistenza durante il soggiorno, i messaggi erano continui.
