Plans and limits
This page lines up the numbers. The official price list, with current offers, is always pappachat.com/prezzi: if a number here and a number there ever disagree, the price list wins.
Two units of measure, and it pays to keep them separate:
- Messaging is measured in conversations. A conversation is the exchange with one customer, not the single message: ten messages in the same chat are still one conversation.
- The phone is measured in minutes, with packs that attach to any plan. Minutes do not touch conversations, and the other way round.
The three plans
Final prices in euro: no VAT is due (Italian flat-rate scheme), so there is no tax to add on top. On the annual plan you pay ten months and are covered for twelve. From October 1st the list prices become 99, 249 and 499 euro per month; subscriptions started before then keep their price for 12 months.

Telegram and the website widget are free and unlimited on every plan. Operator seats do not count the owner, and the WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger channel fees are already included in the subscription.
Some capabilities are tied to the plan, not to volume: live chat with human takeover, reservations with resources and the availability engine, Google Calendar sync and channel analytics start with Pro; AI vision (the assistant reads customers' photos), the full returning-customer memory, weekly reports and connecting your own AI over MCP belong to Max. The free trial
The 14-day trial exists on Starter only. A card and billing details are needed to activate it, but no charge happens before day 14, and you can cancel from the panel at any moment before that.
What happens at the limit
You decide, and the default is the cautious one:
- Limit protection (default). When the conversation limit is reached, the assistant stops: new conversations come to you in the panel, and no extra charge ever starts. A surprise invoice is impossible by construction.
- Pay per use (you switch it on). The assistant keeps going past the limit and you pay €0.25 for every extra conversation and €0.35 for every call minute beyond the Voce pack, drawn from prepaid credit that tops up by the amount you choose, under a monthly cap that is never exceeded.
Either way, the panel always shows what you have left. Capacity you do not use in one week carries into the next (at your plan's percentage) and resets at the end of the month.
The phone: Voce packs
No plan includes call minutes: the AI switchboard is added with a monthly pack, on any plan.

The estimate assumes 4-minute calls: if yours run shorter, more of them fit. When the minutes run out, calls go to your own number at no cost, unless you have switched on pay per use.
The add-ons
- Extra operator: €9.99/month for each person beyond the ones included in the plan.
- Extra corrections: €2.99 one-off for a pack of 25. Corrections are the in-place edits to content you already uploaded (a price, an opening time) without retraining anything; purchased packs never expire.
- Turnkey setup: connecting the channels yourself is free on every plan; if you would rather we did it, it is a one-off cost listed on the price list, plan by plan.
Changing and cancelling
Plan changes and cancellation happen from the panel, whenever you want, with no mandatory phone call. On a plan change the new limits apply immediately; on cancellation the service stays active until the end of the period already paid.
